• Cancellations after this window, or non-arrival at the agreed pick-up point, may incur a charge to cover costs and reserved driver time.
• If your travel details change, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes to pick-up location, times or routes may affect the final cost of your journey.
• If we need to cancel due to reasons beyond our control, such as severe weather or road closures, we will contact you immediately and arrange alternative times where possible.
