Bookings are made by submitting an enquiry through our website form, by emailing us directly or by calling our team.

When we receive your enquiry, we will confirm availability, pricing and details by email or phone. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry. Any changes to pick-up location, timings, waiting periods or itinerary may alter the final cost.
3. Payments

Payment arrangements will be outlined at the time of booking.

Depending on the service, payment may be required in advance or following completion of the journey.
4. Cancellations

You may cancel without charge up to the cancellation deadline stated in your booking confirmation.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover costs and reserved time.

We always aim to deliver a safe, punctual and professional service.

Our liability for any claim connected to your booking is limited to the total fare paid or a modest fixed amount, whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control such as adverse weather, traffic conditions or road closures.

You agree to provide correct journey information when booking, including addresses, timings, special requirements and passenger details.
